Data Administrator (DA) : Meet information and business needs in a higher management level. Their task is to decide in the first place what data should be stored in the database, and establish policies to maintain and manage the data once stored (it is a manager not a technician, although it needs to appreciate the possibilities of BD systems on a technical level .) BD Manager (DBA) : A career in data processing. The task is to create the database itself and enforce technical controls needed to support policies issued by the DA. It is also responsible the proper functioning of the system and providing other related services of a technical nature. A team of several people (programmers technical assistants).
